Property location is Katowice, Main Market Square. Excellent real estate location. Originally clients didn't have the exact property address. Prewar owner which claimed included 7 brothers and sisters which were eligible for inheritance. It took about few good months to locate the exact property and about 10 year to settle the claim with the authorities, while finding a buyer which agreed to buy the property even prior to the successful end of all legal cases in court.
