Katowice, ul. Chopina 2. Claimed and sold

      Case Duration: 2015-2017

Property belonged to client till 1957, when family immigrated to the USA. The owner left to a nearby tenant and friend to manage the property and collect rent. in 2015 family decided to sell the property, but as it was handled for almost 60 years by the old Polish neighbour (who perished long time ago) and her 2 daughters.

As case is still pending in court, we succeeded to find a buyer which agreed to pay a full market price for the rights to continue all court cases which still are pending. Client never believed that he will ever see some profit from his old assets in Poland. In addition we found the bank account which rent of over 50 years was accumulated and by large spent by the Polish possessors of the property. It was a good surprise for client to see a fraction of the owed rent money to be returned.
