Rzeszow, Rynek 3 Property Claim

In 2005, an old man approached our office with a pack of documentation in reference to a   residential building in Rzeszow. Documentation showed a very clear proof for previous family ownership, and an indication for a high value asset. What would have been needed is to proceed with inheritance act for the heir and his family. Unfortunately the building was erased by German tanks when entering the city center of Rzeszow, totally erasing the actual building. Fortunately the land which the building stood upon - could never be considered as erased, as property value in the area show a definite incline. Meanwhile, the old man passed away and new potential owner  (young generation) refuse to consider any investment in the case.  Under such circumstances property remains under state ownership until client changes his mind and considers to proceed with a claim.
